KPMG partner fined for using AI to cheat on internal AI training course
A KPMG Australia partner was fined A$10,000 for using AI to cheat during an internal training course on AI. More than two dozen KPMG Australia staff have been caught using AI tools to cheat on internal exams since July.
KPMG used its own AI detection tools to discover the cheating. The UK's ACCA recently halted remote exams entirely because AI cheating outpaced safeguards.
