BofA survey: 'AI bubble' becomes credit investors' top concern for the first time
An AI bubble is the biggest worry for credit investors for the first time, according to a Bank of America client survey. Some 23% of investment-grade respondents named it their top concern, more than doubling from 9% in December's survey.
The shift in sentiment reflects growing unease about AI spending sustainability. Geopolitics and central bank policy errors, previously dominant worries, have been displaced by fears that the AI investment cycle may be overextended.
