Naïve raises $28.5M to let agents incorporate and run a company
Naïve raised $28.5 million for infrastructure that packages payments, email accounts, phone numbers, cloud resources, storage, and company incorporation behind a single API for AI agents. Over 30,000 developer customers signed up within months of launch. Developers hand a prompt to Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, which calls the API to form a US LLC and provision everything around it, with humans still required for KYC/KYB and payments.
A governance layer lets users set budgets, restrict agent capabilities, and require approval before sensitive actions. Templates cover AI SEO, full-stack SaaS, recruiting, accounting, and customer support, plus a mobile emulator so agents can drive smartphone apps.
